Terms of Service

Effective June 30, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OptionFlow Pro at cldhost.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use OptionFlow Pro

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is designed for United States residents; use elsewhere is at your own risk and may not comply with local financial regulations.

2. What the Service does

OptionFlow Pro is an informational dashboard that helps you scan stock momentum, screen covered calls, and track your options portfolio. It reads market data from Yahoo Finance and, optionally, position data from your brokerage via Plaid. It does not execute trades and is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser.

3. Not financial advice

Everything on this Service is for informational and educational purposes only.
Scores, ratings, signals, and any AI-generated commentary are not personalized investment recommendations.
Options trading involves significant risk of loss, including the potential loss of the entire amount invested.
Always conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial adviser before making any investment decisions.

4. Your account

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at hello@cldhost.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service outside of the normal browser experience.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or authorization controls.
Use the Service to build a competing product or resell access.
Upload broker files that contain other people’s data without their consent.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Data accuracy

Market data is provided by Yahoo Finance and may be delayed 15–20 minutes or more. Position data synced from your brokerage via Plaid reflects the state Plaid last received from your broker — it may be minutes to hours behind reality. We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (auth + database), Plaid (brokerage connectivity), Yahoo Finance (market data), and TradingView (embedded widgets). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data issues originating with those providers.

8. Fees

The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid tiers, we’ll notify you and give you the choice to accept the new terms or downgrade to whatever free tier remains available.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by emailing hello@cldhost.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall OptionFlow Pro or its operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to $100 or the total fees you have paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after we publish updated Terms constitutes acceptance. We’ll update the effective date at the top when we make changes.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
